Establishes long term strategies and executes operational plans for managing and monitoring IPT performance and productivity.The position has high visibility and offers the opportunity to form, shape and grow multiple production teams while instilling the One Collins culture.Responsibilities:
Oversees and ensures all quality related items are complete and documented to meet established quality standards.
Oversees cost reduction and process improvement to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.
Oversees scheduling to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of facilities.
Oversees sequencing of work such as build and delivery to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of resources.
Oversees and directs materials and logistics problem resolution to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.
Determines and implements performance objectives and oversees performance and productivity.
Oversees production innovation, including additive manufacturing, to enhance production capabilities.
Acts as a strategic partner for customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of services.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications/Experience Preferred:
Demonstrated success building and leading high performing teams in a manufacturing environment.
Proven success aligning cross-functional teams within a complex and sometimes ambiguous matrix organization.
Proven ability to facilitate difficult conversations and communicate early, and concisely with individuals at all organizational levels.
