OverviewThe Preferred Partner Program (PPP) is a strategic initiative aimed at providing our supplier partners with prioritization of brands and increased visibility. It offers a range of joint growth initiatives in exchange for a tiered investment. The principal purpose of this role is to act as a liaison and project manager, facilitating cross-functional collaboration for the day-to-day activities related to the development and implementation of objectives specific to each enrolled supplier in the PPP. As part of this role, effective communication of strategic priorities in marketing activities, product focus, supplier training, and salesforce growth opportunities will be crucial. The position will also streamline planning and implementation processes for PPP suppliers. This position plays a critical role in supporting the fostering of strong partnerships with suppliers and driving the success of the Preferred Partner Program.Primary Responsibilities:

Program and vendor engagement: Manages project tracking tools that effectively communicate supplier calendar of events, progress, deliverables, budget, and deadlines.

Ensures that deadlines and objectives are met by collaborating cross-functionally within OPD and with suppliers. Responsible for proactively removing barriers that may impact the project outcome and deadlines.

Manages the schedule and execution in collaboration with the ISO organization to promote field engagement, trainings, webinars, and annual ODP sales event.

Responsible for partnering with analytics resources to gather, analyze and calculate Return on Investment of marketing programs assigned to each Preferred Partner Program initiative.

Day-to-day support to vendor on onboarding activities, partner portal content, sales communication and access to resources.

Coordinates vendor funded fielded incentive programs in collaboration with product, and sales enablement from approval process to results.

Manage PPP funding tracking & O&A compliance

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience

Years of Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field

Type of Experience: Sales enablement, Project Manager, Account/Client Manager

Technical Competencies & Information Systems:

Basic computer skills and the ability to use computers and technology for information, and to access information necessary to complete the job.

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Strong understanding of client and business relationship; relationship builder

Project Management: Ability to effectively manage project tracking tools to communicate calendar of events, progress, deliverables, budget, and deadlines

Proficiency in MS Excel
