JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for submitting and tracking various Universal Parks & Resorts projects for the North America theme parks to respective IP stakeholders. Maintain detailed documentation of submission requests and support IP Partnerships team with execution of department objectives and additional support on an as-needed basis.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and send detailed submission requests for assigned channels for all projects featuring intellectual properties (IP) to external stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Organize and prioritize submission requests for all assigned channels. Maintain detailed approval documentation in internal workflow systems for submission requests.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and external IP stakeholders. This includes providing clear and detailed direction when processing requests in an effort to get favorable approval responses from our IP stakeholders.
  • Provide cross-channel support to the IP Partnerships North America team as needed.
  • Oversee the IP sample compliance process including organizing approval documentation and final files for Internal Audit team and submitting final files to IP stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Act as liaison between IP Partnerships North America team and IP stakeholders for access to external approval submission and style guide systems.
  • Oversee photo select approvals and documentation. Flag non-compliant assets within internal digital asset systems.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree is preferred or a combination of work and experience.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1+ Years Marketing/Advertising or Legal experience preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with strong planning, project management, and organizational skills; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at one time.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to retain details and anticipate project needs.
  • Ability to be flexible while ensuring compliance is not compromised
  • Strong Excel and Word skills required.
