Work with Project Manager, Project Lead, Senior Business Analyst, Development team and Quality Assurance (QA) team to facilitate implementation, and support projects and clients

Prepare documentation, presentations, charts, tables, and diagrams; conduct reviews for scope, business justification, and requirements deliverables including use cases, prototypes, and business rules

Deliver and manage requirements to time and cost for projects; exhibit personal accountability to prioritize work to meet milestones and complete deliverables throughout project lifecycle

Participate in project phases and report project status

Identify opportunities to provide additional services and automate processes for GMS Technology

Facilitate meetings and be responsible for meeting minutes

Qualifications:

Minimum two years of recent experience in Global Mobility Services, core tax compliance or mobility consulting services; Tax, IT, Accounting and Human Resource experience is a plus

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

Demonstrated high level capability multi-tasking and time management

Proven business acumen, strategic thinking skills, passion and curiosity for technology applications

Ability to work independently, with others, and manage multiple projects at the same time

Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills, as well as attention to details
