Description We are on the search for an Executive Director of of Operations to join our team in the For-profit industry, specifically located in Hialeah, Florida. As an Executive Director of Operations, you will be in charge of overseeing all operations, including the management of a large team and the establishment of policies to meet key performance indicators. This role involves significant responsibilities in financial functions, compliance, and education management. Responsibilities: Oversee all operations within the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient processes Manage a team, including staff and directors, fostering a positive and productive work environment Develop and implement policies to meet key performance indicators and drive organizational success Handle all financial functions, including profit and loss, budget processes, and projections Organize placements and admissions, ensuring accurate and timely processes Manage all annual audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards Monitor and ensure the growth and profitability of the campus Keep track of monthly enrollment numbers, striving for consistent growth Handle administrative functions, including managing regulatory agencies and funds Assess all risks to ensure the safety and success of the organization Utilize CRM and other tools to maintain accurate records and facilitate communicationSeeking someone very hands, who loves seeing the evolution of students through years of monitoring and coaching their path.
