AWS Cloud Architect

Roles & Responsibilities: • Provide best practices around provisioning production and non-production environments on Cloud to optimize the usage • Collaborate with customers for quick technical assessments and proposal development for leveraging platform services from cloud providers • Design and architect cloud-native solutions for defined problems statements • Assess Customer security requirements and provide security feature implementation plans Desired Candidate Profile: • At least 3+ years in Cloud Architecture/Infra Development • Should have experience in designing cloud native architectures • Should have good understanding of event driven design • Should have good understanding of networking and security considerations (VPC, Encryption etc.) of architecture design • Ability to pack applications into containers (Docker) and deploy to Kubernetes, including production deployment patterns (orchestration, security, etc.) • Ability to deploy and configure infrastructure for running virtual machines and/or serverless mechanisms • Should have hands-on experience in estimating production run costs and cost optimization mechanisms • Good to have knowledge & experience on creating Cloud Formation templates for multi account deployments • Should have experience in cloud automation tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation etc. • Strong notions of security best practices using cloud native services • Certification as a Cloud Architect is an advantage • Knowledge of scripting language like Python is an advantage • Experience on AWS EKS • Experience provisioning and spinning up AWS Clusters
