The ideal candidate will be personable, reliable, and skilled in crafting a wide range of beverages. Responsibilities include greeting customers with a friendly attitude, preparing and serving various drinks, maintaining a clean bar area, and engaging with customers to ensure a memorable experience. The role also involves handling cash transactions accurately, managing inventory, and collaborating with the team during live events like music performances, karaoke nights, and sports game screenings. Candidates should have proven bartending experience in a high-energy setting, strong drink-mixing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
