Bartender

As a Bartender, you will create a welcoming guest experience by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with friendly, attentive service. You will maintain a clean and organized bar while following responsible alcohol service and company standards.In this role, you demonstrate Westgate's core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction.What You'll Do as a Bartender:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.Provide friendly, efficient service and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.Verify guest identification, monitor alcohol consumption, and follow responsible alcohol service requirements.Set up, stock, clean, and maintain the bar, equipment, glassware, and supplies.Operate the POS system, process payments, and follow cash-handling procedures.Assist with inventory, restocking, and maintaining beverage and supply levels.Work closely with servers and other Team Members to ensure smooth Food & Beverage operations.Follow all safety, sanitation, and company service standards.
