KSI Auto Parts is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our teams call center. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers to place their orders for Collision parts. The representative will use various applications and screens to process orders, research parts when necessary, and provide accurate and efficient service to customers. The representative will need to have strong communication and computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls from customers regarding Collision parts ordersProvide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customersNavigate multiple applications and screens to process ordersUse online resources to research parts when necessaryEnsure orders are accurately entered into the systemProvide tracking information to customers when neededFollow up with customers regarding order statusResolve customer complaints or issues in a professional mannerMeet or exceed call center performance metrics including average handle time, quality scores, and customer satisfactionMaintain a positive and professional demeanor at all timesPerform other duties as assigned as business needs change
