Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in office administration. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks

Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members in both Spanish and English

Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence

Maintain organized filing systems and databases

Support inventory management and order processing

Assist with invoicing and financial documentation

Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Previous experience in an office administration role preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
