Actalent is Hiring a Blender Operator!Job DescriptionThe R&D Lab Technician will support the research and development team by conducting experiments, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results. This role requires experience in laboratory techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
Operate basic laboratory equipment
Perform basic calculations with good math skills
Maintain excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
Work independently as well as collaboratively
Keep accurate and concise documentation, adhering to GDP and GMP guidelines
Record data accurately
Ensure the laboratory and all equipment are clean and in good working order
Complete assigned work in a timely manner
Adhere to all lab safety guidelines
Follow Batch card instructions meticulously
Test finished products by conducting physical, pH, viscosity, and Specific Gravity testing
Review documents with great attention to detail
Essential Skills
Must have batching experience
Experience in Chemistry and Biology
Experience with laboratory techniques and equipment
Familiarity with GMP standards
Ability to perform basic calculations
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent documentation skills
Experience with GDP and GMP
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Associates degree in a Scientific Field (Chemistry, Biology, Biological Sciences)
Minimum 1 year experience in a GMP setting
