Blender Operator

Job Title: Blender OperatorJob DescriptionSeeking a diligent Blender Operator to follow instructions on provided work orders, blend tickets, and wash tickets. The role involves weighing ingredients, sampling products, and ensuring the accurate receipt and subdivision of bulk materials in strict accordance with manufacturing procedures. The successful candidate will load materials into automatic equipment, making necessary adjustments to ensure a proper mix of ingredients. Responsibilities also include using small hand tools to disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment such as pumps, receivers, mixers, and more before mixing a new batch of product. The position requires performing minor Gas Chromatography analysis for certain washes and managing inventory through paper transfer forms for the creation, consumption, and movement of all handled products. Effective communication with the Formulations team and management is essential, as is the safe operation of forklifts.Hard Skills
