Bookkeeper

Description Robert Half is looking for a Bookkeeper in the Doral area with an 2+ years of bookkeeping experience. Job Requirements:

Bookkeeper needs to prepare and issue invoices to customers and clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing.

Reconcile accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments as needed.

Bookkeeper must be able to process accounts payable invoices, verify expenses, and prepare payments to vendors and suppliers.

Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of financial reports and statements.

Bookkeeper needs to maintain orderly financial filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and easily accessible.

Assist with payroll processing, including calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.

Generate financial reports and analysis as requested by management, providing insights into financial performance and trends.

Requirements

Bachelor of Accounting or Finance, preferred

Intermediate excel skills

2+ years of experience in accounting role

Quickbooks experience

Bilingual; english and spanish
