Oversee company financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. Perform daily accounting tasks such as financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. Assist with HR duties such as new hire documents, compliance, and insurance.

Must have experience in Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe as well as the ability to adapt and learn new financial platforms as the need arises.

This is a full-time, salary position. Benefits include paid time-off, 401K and Healthcare.
