Bookkeeper

We are a thriving retail store specializing in flooring and cabinetry, committed to delivering exceptional products and service to our customers. With a strong presence in our community, we are expanding and seeking a dedicated bookkeeper to join our team.

POSITION

Bookkeeper

LOCATION:

North Naples, Florida

JOB TYPE:

Part-time (Flexible hours negotiable) possibly growing into full-time position; Great opportunity for a single parent or parents with children in school.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

Process and reconcile invoices in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

Prepare and issue purchase orders

Monitor and manage inventory records

Assist with payroll and tax preparation as needed

Generate financial reports for management review

Support month-end and year-end close processes

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

Proficiency in on-line accounting software

Understanding of Purchase Order system

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

Good verbal and written communication skills

Associate degree in Accounting or relevant field is a plus but not required
