Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Lake Worth, Florida. This role primarily revolves around the finance industry, where meticulous data management and strong numerical skills are crucial. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining records, and providing customer service.Responsibilities: Manage full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Conduct regular bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy Oversee payroll processes for a diverse group of employees Maintain and update the general ledger regularly Handle month end close procedures in a timely and accurate manner Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for data entry and financial reporting Gain proficiency in specific software such as Paycom and Abila MIP Ensure all customer credit applications are processed correctly and efficiently Proactively monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficient in Bank Reconciliations Demonstrated experience in Bookkeeping Ability to perform Data Entry tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Month End Close processes Knowledge of Payroll processes Proficiency in QuickBooks Experience with Paycom software Familiarity with Abila MIP software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
