Description Robert Half is partnering with an established manufacturing company with a reputation for excellence, quality, and integrity. The Bookkeeper will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.Responsibilities:

Manage all daily accounting tasks, such as maintaining up-to-date records of financial transactions, reviewing invoices, and reconciling bank statements.

Generate financial statements and reports, including profit-and-loss statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow statements.

Handle the company's accounts payable and receivable.

Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports.

Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.

Coordinate with the accounting team to finalize accounting figures and maintain company’s ledgers.

Ensure overall compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bookkeeping software.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent data processing and time management skills.
