Bookkeeper

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing various financial transactions and records, including accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and payroll. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health and transparency of our operations.Responsibilities: Oversee accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely and accurate payment processing Conduct bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy in financial records Manage financial reporting and prepare board reports as needed Handle payroll responsibilities to ensure employees are compensated accurately and on time Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure all transactions are recorded Manage banking processes, including transactions and statement reconciliations Perform data entry tasks and use software like Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks to maintain financial records Support the month-end close process to ensure timely financial reporting.
