Bookkeeper at Condo Association

We're currenty seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper for a full-time opportunity at a Condo Association in Siesta Key, FL! This is a temp to hire opportunity being offered through our agency with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

As our Bookkeeper, you will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have experience using Caliber software and a strong background in the condo industry.

Hours: 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday. Pay is $25-$28 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in the condo industry.

- Proficiency in Caliber software is a must.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Must be available for interviews with both our agency and our client.
