Builder/Construction Superintendent - FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES

Ideal candidates will have residential production building experience, proven supervisory or management skills, and a strong focus on customer service and communication.Your sense of accomplishment will build with each new home as you manage 30+ subcontractors and the building process with full accountability for quality. Using your organizational and motivational talents, balancing field management with office activities, you and your teammates will help to create a neighborhood you can be proud of.Responsibilities include: Managerial oversight of multiple homesThe planning, scheduling, implementation & coordination of quality built homes from development through final construction on a timely & economical basis.Selection, coordination, oversight & management of people, materials, budgets, schedules & contractsOversee the scheduling, delivery & use of materials, the quality of construction, worker productivity & compliance with building/safety codesMaintain safe, clean and compliant job sitesTrack & control construction costs against the budget in order to avoid cost overrunsSchedule and manage subcontractors and sub-contractor relationships in order to build homes on schedule and close on time. Managing and inspecting the quality of work that is performed by subcontractorsComplete homes and all customer walk-through items prior to closing  Conduct Home Buyer Meetings with customersBuilding rapport with customers and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the building processWorking closely with the sales team, as well as all other Weekley team membersPrepare daily, monthly & quarterly reports
