This role will be extremely hands on with working with enterprise level projects.Must Haves:- 5+ years working as a BSA
- Lead the support of business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of various systems
- Lead the identification and analysis of system requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes
- Engage with stakeholders and SME submitting user stories to flush out detailed requirements to include
- Work with the assigned scrum teams, including the IT Developers and BSA to refine the requirements to ensure all the information is present to support IT solutioning.
- Experience collecting business requirements (preferably from health plans)
- Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects, recommend potential business solutions and ensure successful implementations, including improvements and revisions to business processes and requirements
- Validating proposed IT solution with the stakeholders to glean a common understanding to the approach.
- Experience building business case
- Experience doing analysis with healthcare product lines
- Experience with cost benefit analysis, value creation, technical data translation skills (claims experience is crucial for this)
- Experience assigning to claims RTE's
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with business and technical requirements
- must have claims adjudication experience
