Develop business cases, define business objectives, and develop key success factors for solution delivery. Plan and facilitate requirements using a variety of investigative techniques. Function as a liaison between information system groups and business units as needed. Translating and simplifying requirements. Apply judgment in interpreting and delivering business solutions that optimize the user's experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Motivated, highly productive individual who is business oriented and can build relationships, as well as articulate concepts and process to solve business problems
  • Interview Subject Matter Experts and Leadership to:
    • Identify root cause(s) of an issue to help determine the optimal solution(s)
    • Understand and document processes & requirements
    • Design process and information flows within and across functional areas
  • Plan and facilitate requirements gathering workshops using a variety of techniques such as, interviewing, brainstorming, job shadowing, surveys, user stories and other similar requirements elicitation techniques
  • Document business requirements and functional specifications from business users and subject matter experts
  • Use diplomacy and negotiation skills to gain consensus and approval on requirements
  • Become proficient in system functionality and business processes to identify process gaps
  • Create and maintain business cases as it refers to projects
  • Develop key success factors for solution delivery
  • Be able to create, analyze, and interpret findings based on different reporting platforms (ex: Tableau, Salesforce, Excel)
  • Use data to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations
  • Will work closely with the Project Management team to ensure the successful delivery of the project
  • Write detailed business requirements to create user stories using an agile approach in order to gain formal approval by project sponsor

Qualifications:
  • Understanding data requirement principles
  • Expertise in developing detailed business requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization in a professional manner
  • Experience presenting ideas and information in a group setting
  • Excellent follow through, detail orientation and initiative
  • Strong analytical, project management, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to proactively find areas for improvement and collaborate on solutions
  • Ability to develop positive and professional business relationships
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Data reporting

Education & Years of Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate level business analysis experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with data analysis and research
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, information technology or other business discipline
  • ECBA®, CCBA®, CBAP®, or PMI-PBA certification
  • Proficient in SmartSheet, Sharepoint, JIRA, CONFLUENCE, Visio, Tableau, Salesforce
