Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst II in Juno Beach, Florida. The role primarily involves conducting operational analyses to support informed decision-making within our business unit. The position is part of the onsite team and the selected candidate will be expected to lead special projects, handle validation plans, and design processes among other responsibilities.Responsibilities: Lead and execute special projects with a medium to large scope, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently and effectively. Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative research to gather necessary data and insights for decision-making. Design and modify various business processes as per the needs of the business unit. Develop comprehensive reports based on the analyses conducted to aid in decision-making. Utilize standardized tools and techniques to streamline work processes. Maintain an accurate record of all customer credit applications and transactions. Collaborate with staffing and suppliers to ensure smooth operation of the business unit. Handle expense accounts and commission functions as part of the role. Apply your skills in cybersecurity (NIS, Nerc) to enhance the security of our business operations. Use your decision-making skills to take appropriate actions in various situations. Requirements Strong knowledge and experience in procedures and process design Proficiency in onboarding and staffing processes Experience with supplier relationships and management Ability to lead special projects and commission functions effectively Willingness to work onsite as required Excellent decision-making skills Experience in managing expense accounts and business units Expertise in quantitative analysis and validation plans Knowledge of cyber security measures and regulations Proficiency in qualitative research methodology Familiarity with NIS and Nerc regulations Experience in managing contingent workforce Willingness to travel for business needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
