- Identify, document, and manage repeatable procedures for possible automation or process improvement.
- Manage clear expectations by establishing clear timelines, milestones, and providing transparency on risks, dependencies, and issues through status reporting.
- Escalate ALL potential conflicts to the PO.
- Guide stakeholders on processes for infrastructure provisioning.
- Ensure necessary request(s) are submitted to track progress.
- Engage in squad Scrum ceremonies – Daily Standup, Sprint Retrospective, etc.
- Ensure ALL tasks request(s) are submitted for tracking and are on the squad JIRA board
- Provide customer Ad hoc support / escalation and other related functions as assigned or required.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
- An effective and collaborative team player, able to coordinate complex work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle management using Agile methodology
