  • Should be able to build recruiting and sales strategies to identify clients in the local market through various tools.
  • Must have a strong well-established contacts and connections within the local market.
  • Build a comprehensive database of key target clients across industries.
  • Work closely with recruitment delivery team and handle complete recruitment cycle, from job description, interview process, to job offer, while making sure every step of the way is within the organizational standards.
  • Must be able to build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts and obtain referrals and leads.
  • Should be able to prepare a strategy to be efficient in traditional business development actions like chasing sales leads, cold-call prospective clients, and set client meetings.
  • Skilled communicator with strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
Locations: Able to work in Herndon, VA or Milwaukee, WI or Jacksonville, FL (Travel required).
