HIRING FOR A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR WITH HVAC CERTIFICATION IN ST. AUGUSTINE, FL!

Daily Task Expectations:

· Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers

· Maintaining property grounds

· Plumbing

· Electrical

· Carpentry

· Drywall repair

· Painting

· Appliance repair

· Pool maintenance

· Preventative building maintenance

Job Requirements:

· At least 1 year of onsite work experience in residential maintenance

· General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders

· HVAC Certification required

· CPO certification not required but a MUST

· Must have your own set of personal hand tools & power drill

· Reliable transportation for Monday-Friday work schedule
