Carpet/Hard Surface Flooring Contractor Needed

We are looking for an experienced flooring contractor who can install carpet, laminate, and LVT. Currently, we are prioritizing carpet installers, but will consider applications for hard surface installations as well.

MUST be fluent in English.

This is a 1099 position, you must provide your own tools, transportation, etc. Must be able to transport flooring materials from our warehouse to customer's home (regular pickup truck/van works perfect). All carpet installers are expected to own and utilize a power stretcher, as well as seam sealer and tack strips. All hard surface installers are expected to own and utilize a concrete and/or wood moisture meter.

A majority of our work is residential, and jobs are paid based on the scope of work that will need to be completed, i.e. by the square foot for installation and any additional work that a jobsite may need.

Experience as a general contractor would also be a plus, as we occasionally have subfloor repair that needs to be done.
