As a Waterpark Cashier, you will:Accept approved forms of payment adhering to accounting standard (with full and complete accountability) up to and including but not limited to: cash, credit cards and vouchers chargesFollow and comply with all departmental cash/check handling proceduresGreet all guests that arrive within visible areaApply suggestive selling techniques to provide helpful guest service and maximize salesRecord information pertaining to services renderedMaintain cash drawer/bank accountability per company policiesAdhere to department standard operating procedural manual to include: service standards, cash/check handling procedures, safety and security, stocking and requisitioningConform to discount/complimentary guest check proceduresParticipate in company monthly Goals & Measurements ProgramBe responsible for providing excellent service to owners and guests alikePerform POS system responsibility per guidelinesRespond to guest inquiries, complaints in a professional and urgent mannerMaintain required department records with accuracyFollow guest walk-out department proceduresComplete opening/running/closing duties as assignedOther duties as assigned by ManagementTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
