Position Overview:

The Catering Team Member at Kresy Pizza plays a key role in bringing our kosher, family-style dishes to events, offices, schools, and special occasions. This position requires a responsible, organized, and service-focused individual who can prepare orders accurately, deliver on time, set up beautifully, and represent our brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Order Preparation

Assemble and package catering orders according to Kresy standards

Confirm accuracy of items, quantities, sauces, utensils, and special requests

Coordinate timing with the kitchen to ensure punctual pickup/delivery

Delivery & Setup (if applicable)

Deliver catering orders safely and on time

Set up trays, warmers, displays, and serving stations when required

Provide clients with reheating or serving instructions

Maintain a positive, professional presence onsite

Client Communication

Confirm order details and logistics with customers

Provide friendly, helpful service during drop-off or setup

Communicate any issues or delays to management immediately

Catering Operations

Keep catering supplies stocked (trays, utensils, labels, sauces, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering prep area

Assist with loading, unloading, and packing equipment

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Professional and friendly in customer-facing situations

Ability to lift and carry catering trays/boxes (up to 25–35 lbs)

Reliable transportation for deliveries (if delivery role)

Food handling experience preferred but not required
