SUMMARY The Central Reservations Coordinator is responsible for completing the day-to-day administrative duties for properties serviced by the Central Reservations department.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette

Complete all daily tasks to ensure accuracy and completion of all reservations

Post advance deposits in a timely manner, including advance purchase bookings and third-party credit cards

Audit all systems, review cancellations and refunds, missing deposits, and serve as point of contact for any inquiries from the properties finance teams

Supports team sales and promotes Best Practices

Serve as a liaison of information between Central Reservations Agents, multiple departments across the Cluster Reservations portfolio, and properties as needed

Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments

Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior customer service experience

Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to details and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Open to learning, developing, and growing both yourself, personally, and helping others do the same

Trustworthy and have integrity

Must be dependable and available to work within the resort on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands

Prior hospitality or travel experience, a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment.
