Job Title - Centrify Technical Form G and D are needed The contract period for this scope of work is anticipated to take place between November 15, 2021 through June 30, 2022, SCOPE OF WORK / Job Description

  • The Contractor shall provide the following service tasks for the unit in which they are augmenting over the course of the purchase order period. This is a highly responsible position providing performance monitoring for the following:
  • Centrify Product, and the following associated tasks:
  • Centrify Identify Service,
  • Centrify Mobile Device Management (Implementation, Administration),
  • Centrify Multi Factor Authentication (Implementation, Administration),
  • Centrify Privilege Service,
  • Centrify Server Suite 2017,
  • Centrify PIM / PAM (Implementation, Administration) Integration of PIM / PAM into Platforms,
  • Centrify Direct Manage and Direct Auditing, and
  • Centrify IDaaS (Implementation, Administration).
  • Establish and maintain communications with all Platform areas.
  • Monitors Service Desk ticketing queen and responds appropriately based on published time expectations.
  • Control Shared access to privileged accounts.
  • Secure Remote Access (Implementation, Administration).
  • Rights Definition and Role Creation.
  • Active Directory Trust Relationship.
  • SAML Integration into SSO.
  • Create / Define roles for Delegations and Manage Delegations.
  • Develops documentation of processes and procedures, and participates in the change management process.
  • Provides support assistance to engineers for all platforms, as needed.
  • Facilitates product purchases and maintenance renewal efforts.
  • Provides support assistance to engineers for all platforms as needed.
  • Assists leadership on technical and project specific initiatives establishing objectives, setting goals, and establishing unit priorities.
  • Provides quality and professional customer service both internal and external customers.
  • Administers all components of the SolarWinds enviroment and serves as subject matter expert in the areas of monitoring, alerting and reporting.
  • Assists Platform and Problem Management Teams in root cause analysis via all available tools, including Nagios and ExtraHop.
  • Performs regular audits to ensure that CI's are being monitored in a way that will provide alerts and reports consistently across all platforms.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of each platform's architecture with an understanding that an overview perspective.
  • Monitors Service Desk Ticketing queue and responds appropriately based on published time expectations.
  • Telecommuting may be allowed with prior written approval by the Department.
  • Equipment
  • Conslutant needs to use their own and should have following
  • Must be compatible with Windows 10.
  • Must have at least 16 GB RAM and a quad-core Intel CPU.
  • Must have an internal hard drive of at least five hundred (500) GB (SSD preferred) that supports OPEL encryption.
  • Must support simultaneous dual HD monitors and be supplied with a dual HD monitor configuration.
  • Must support TPM 1.2 or greater.
  • The BIOS must be unlocked.
  • All personal data must be removed from the computer in advance, as the machine will be formatted and re-imaged per Department standards.
  • Must be provided to the Department at least three (3) days in advance of the Consultant(s) reporting for work, with the matching power supply.
  • Must be returned to the Department at the end of the PO term to be formatted of all data and applications. Note: System will not be restored to its prior state. Contractor is responsible for reloading operating systems and applications previously on the machine.
  • The contract staff will be provided with a mobile phone QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE The Department's preferred Consultant Knowledge, Skills and Abilities include:
  • Knowledge and Experience with:
  • Routers, switches and networking technologies,
  • Current server hardware and software products and technologies,
  • Virtualization, database, collaboration, backup and storage technologies,
  • Security principals and best practices,
  • General statistical toolsets and models,
  • Principles and processes as defined in ITIL and ISO 20000,
  • Principles, processes and tools used in Continuous Service Improvement,
  • SAML 2.0,
  • AD Trusts,
  • Kerberos Authentication,
  • Office 365,
  • Open Systems (Unix, Linux),
  • Identity and Access Management, and
  • IT infrastructure and operations including technologies local and wide area networks, SQL Server, Cloud computing.
  • Abillity to:

  • Conduct technical research and apply knowledge to daily work,
  • Monitor trends and performance against targets then establish action plans for low performing areas,
