Certified Air A HVAC Qualifier needed for 20 yr old GC firm

Licensed Air A / HVAC Qualifier needed for 20 yr old GC firm. Must have an active or reactive able Air A or mechanical license in Florida.

1. Retired or Semi-Retired HVAC Contractors

Already licensed (Air A or Mechanical), but no longer run active crews.

Interested in passive income, part-time involvement, or advisory roles.

Available to supervise on paper or remotely see see and consult as needed.

2. Employees of HVAC Companies With Active Licenses

May want to leave their current employer and let you use their license.

Looking to transition to consulting, or management.

Some are open to moonlighting as a QA for another business (if legally allowed).

3. Out-of-State Licensed Contractors Moving to Florida: Already licensed in another state and planning to reciprocate or apply for a Florida license.
