RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Change Management Expert/ADKAR Practitioner. The Change Management Expert/ADKAR Practitioner should be able to create a campaign to release process improvements and standards that we have been working on, share the roadmap for future changes, plan training. The Change Management Expert/ADKAR Practitioner should be comfortable presenting to the entire organization and have experience making effective use of marketing and communication.
REQUIREMENTS: Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle Experience and knowledge of PROSCI change management principles, methodologies, and tools Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
