Job Details:

Position: Christmas Light Installer

Type: Full-time, seasonal (Oct 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with weekend work available but not required

Location: Southeast Jacksonville & Saint Johns County

Pay: $25-$30+ per hr plus bonuses

+ Bonus pay for the ability to lead crews and work efficiently

Responsibilities:

+ Install, maintain, and remove Christmas lights and holiday decorations for residential and commercial properties

+ Work safely at heights using ladders, lifts, or other equipment

+ Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality, timely installations

+ Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail

+ Follow safety protocols and company standards

Requirements:

+ Reliable Transportation

+ Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills

+ Positive attitude and holiday spirit!

Here is what we provide:
+ Work available up to 6 days per week from beginning October through end of January

+ Holiday bonuses and accumulated paid time off between Dec 15-Dec 31
+ Direct deposit paid every two weeks
+ Support from company to handle any issues on the job site and questions from a homeowner



Requirements & Skills:

+ Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
+ At least one year of experience with in any trade
+ Own at least 1 truck/van and proper tools (ladder, wire snips)
+ Craftsmanship coupled with customer service that is second to none
