Civil Superintendent

Job Description We are looking for a Civil Superintendent who will oversee and manage all on-site activities for landfill, shoreline restoration, excavation, utilities, and other earthwork projects. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Skills

Civil Superintendent with 10+ years of experience

Experience leading crews

Proficiency in project paperwork

Client management

Hands-on experience

Running multiple sites

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Heavy equipment experience (preferred).

Hands-on approach.

Ability to motivate and build a team.

Ability to run multiple projects at once and move on to another

Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe, MS Projects).

NOT VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION

Work Environment Go to the office when needed but will mainly go to the job sites directly to home most days.
