NexTec, Inc. in Tampa, Florida has multiple openings including Client Account Manager.

Responsibilities: The Client Account Manager is responsible for revenue growth to current clients in an assigned geographic territory; assisting the business development team in the sale of products, services and maintenance to existing NexTec accounts as well as securing existing product to customers looking to change partners; identifying and recommending product customizations and configurations, enhancements, or workarounds to meet client requirements; developing and presenting a customer-specific proof of concept/demonstration of software; assisting as needed with scope of project plans, and assisting with the completion of RFI’s and RFP’s during the sales process; Communicating and collaborating cross-functionally with sales and delivery in supporting the end client; and other duties as assigned. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S., but will report to NexTec Corporate Office in Tampa, Florida.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Operations Management or related field (or foreign equivalent).

Requirements: 2 years of experience in the job offered or related sales engineering positions. Other special requirements include: 2 years of experience with complex tools used to build customer-specific proofs of concepts/demonstrations; 2 years of experience preparing sales reports for clients, upper management and stakeholders; 2 years of experience in enterprise-level implementation or pre-sales of Sage X3 ERP modules, such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance or similar.
