RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Cloud BI Developer to help build long term solutions in the business intelligence and analytics space. The focus is on the Microsoft analytics suite both on Azure as well as utilizing on-prem resources. Some work will also exist within the AWS cloud stack potentially including AWS.
Responsibilities: Identifying and establishing scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics Analyzing and verifying requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, debugs, implements and integrates BI applications into technical infrastructure and existing business processes, including reporting, dashboards and analytical data structures Provides functional guidance to business unit personnel, and develops end user training and business-orientated metadata definitions Designs and writes the scripts required to extract, transform, clean, and move data and metadata Translating conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team Working closely with all business units and engineering teams to develop strategy for long term data platform architecture Running workshops and training sessionsREQUIREMENTS: High School diploma/GED required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 6+ years of overall experience with dashboarding solutions, data storytelling and data visualizations Excellent understanding of PL/SQL and Database concepts Experience building data models and mappings between source and target systems (STT)Experience with: Quicksight leveraging data sources such as RedShift and Aurora Postgres SSRS reporting and Power BI dashboard development Power BI administration and management MSBI stack development and management SSIS ETL developmentThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
