FULL TIME CNC MACHINIST POSITION27-32/HR WEEKLY PAYOT AVAILABLEMEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, 401K, 401K MATCHDescription: Set up advanced CNC machinery such as 4 and 5 axis mills, Swiss machines, Lathes with live-tooling, etc. and operate advanced multi-axis CNC equipment, tools, and accessories for the fabrication and cutting of materials to process component parts. Maintain close tolerance dimensions while producing parts at the rates established for a given operation. Perform verification/validation of new set-up programs for new product or pre-production parts. Perform in-process and first piece inspection. Complete offset adjustments to multi-axis equipment to ensure product conforms to strict tolerance Given routine set-ups and adjustments using simple offsets with only limited supervision. Adjust tool wear offsets, adjust work (fixture) offsets and safely perform mid-program starts. Read and interpret blueprints.Skills:
