Join us!Bank of America's Enterprise Credit Analytics & Transformation Strategy (ECATS) is responsible for aggregating and delivering commercial credit data for enterprise use. The team uses advanced analytical tools to drive credit revenue growth, reduce expense and risk, and increase client value. ECATS also partners with with the larger credit organization to assist with portfolio optimization, pricing strategy, and to ensure compliance with enterprise data-related standards and initiatives.ECATS is seeking an experienced analyst to join our team. This team provides credit teams and key partners with comprehensive and actionable information solutions that drive informed business decisions with a focus on efficiency, expertise and speed to market.The candidate's responsibilities will include the following: Understand, source and prepare the data needed to deliver targeted reporting and interactive dashboards designed for data discovery. Managing complex data sets directly with advanced tools and processes or in collaboration with our technology and architecture teams across multiple environments. Collaborate and consult with your business intelligence team while also partnering directly with other credit teams, peers and colleagues. Responsibilities will include ongoing production and ad-hoc data requests. The creation, promotion and automating of both the data and the reporting tool.Required Qualifications: Proven experience with SQL Server and Oracle to work in conjunction with business intelligence tools like Alteryx and Tableau. Work with complex data environments with the ability to aggregate and synthesize large amounts of information. Reporting and dashboard design with a focus on full automation and self-service. Able to investigate and troubleshoot data quality issues and to coordinate resolution and prevention strategies. Desire to work with a collaborative team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill information and results into simple concepts and actionable insights for a variety of audiences. Understanding of data use governance and requirements. 2-3 year's of experience in Data manipulation using Oracle and SQL Server report creation using Alteryx and TableauDesired Qualifications: Knowledge of the Enterprise Credit commercial lending lifecycle. This includes loan origination, sale and servicing, client management and current exposure. Bank of America Enterprise Credit specific business, systems and data expertise. (CRP, LoanIQ, Workplace, CreditCenter, GUS, GMS, Precision Lender, Navigator, Risk Rating Scorecard, and Profitability.) Ability to work on cross-functional teams, with the capability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies and environments.
