Expansion! The selected candidate must have commercial real estate leasing background representing commercial tenants and landlords. Responsibilities include; drafting, reviewing, negotiating and revising commercial leases. The lease work is for space in large industrial buildings, professional office buildings, retail centers and restaurants. At least 3+ yrs.( up to 20 /25 is acceptable).
