Compensation Analyst

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Essential Functions:
  • M&A projects to include but not limited to pre-close due diligence and post-close integrations.
  • Collaborate with Compensation team on broad-based compensation initiatives/projects.
  • Assist with special projects as they arise and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a HR or business-related field.
  • 3+ years of M&A experience focused on broad-based compensation and incentives analysis.
  • 3+years of broad-based compensation experience.
  • Proven experience with federal, state and local compensations laws and regulations (i.e, FLSA, EEO1-Categoreies, etc.).
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Exceptional quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy and details.
  • Strong aptitude for research, analysis and data management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Self-starter
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Education: At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
