- M&A projects to include but not limited to pre-close due diligence and post-close integrations.
- Collaborate with Compensation team on broad-based compensation initiatives/projects.
- Assist with special projects as they arise and other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a HR or business-related field.
- 3+ years of M&A experience focused on broad-based compensation and incentives analysis.
- 3+years of broad-based compensation experience.
- Proven experience with federal, state and local compensations laws and regulations (i.e, FLSA, EEO1-Categoreies, etc.).
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Exceptional quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy and details.
- Strong aptitude for research, analysis and data management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Self-starter
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
