Description We are seeking a Compensation Manager to join our team in the transport industry, based in Riviera Beach, Florida. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing compensation and benefits, managing open enrollment processes, and utilizing PeopleSoft for various tasks. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the organization's compensation and benefit functions Handle open enrollment processes and ensure smooth operation Utilize PeopleSoft for various administrative tasks and data management Guide and manage a team of two members in compensation and benefits operations Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all compensation and benefits activities Use ADP - Financial Services for managing financial aspects of compensation Administer bonus programs and budget processes effectively Handle claims administration and ensure timely resolution Utilize strong communication skills to address and resolve staff and management queries related to compensation and benefits Conduct compensation analysis to ensure competitive and fair pay across the organization. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in a Compensation Manager role or similar position in the Transport industry. Proficient in ADP - Financial Services. Expertise in Benefit Functions. Experience with Bonus Program implementation and management. Familiarity with Budget Processes. Proficiency in Claim Administration. Excellent Communication skills. Knowledge and experience in Compensation & Benefits. Experience in Compensation - Base, Compensation - Commissions, Compensation Administration, and Compensation Analysis. Proficient in PeopleSoft and Oracle PeopleSoft. Experience with Open Enrollment processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
