Computer - Network Operator

Entry Level Position

Day,Night, Weekend Shifts Available

Looking for candidates with basic computer knowledge - Excel, Word

Candidates already with some basic CISCO /network knowledge or interest in learning those areas

Operator will work in shifts at Network Operations Center with following basic duties :

- Monitor TV Channels at MultiView Monitors

- Follow up alarms received by audio, visual , emails

- Answer phone calls from Customers

- Follow-up with On Call Engineers

- Remote Hands to implement corrective actions ( equipment resettings for example )

Entry Level position, as a first step to grow in a technical career
