What You Will Be Doing

Drive revenue for the company by establishing relationships with key contacts and decision-makers who lead us to new bidding opportunities.

Define, develop, and execute the lead qualification and demand generation process for the company.

Actively network with key strategic partners to promote the company's capabilities and reputation.

Collaborate cross-functionally with the internal teams to deliver RFPs, present sales pitches, and close deals.

Collaborate across departments to lead marketing initiatives such as sales presentations, event planning, client entertainment, and promotions.

Maintain relationships with current clientele and act as an ambassador.

What You Need for this Position

5+ years experience in Commercial Construction Business Development.

Must have experience in general contracting.

Experience with CRM systems.

Experience closing deals.
