Construction Grout & Tile Worker

Join The Grout Medic team as a part-time, year-round Tile & Grout Technician. We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn who enjoys hands-on work, driving to job sites, and delivering great results for homeowners. This is a professional, team-oriented work environment with primarily weekday, daytime hours and opportunities to grow.

We offer performance-based pay, paid training during the first 4–8 weeks with the potential for increased pay for the right candidate, paid time off, flexible scheduling, and voluntary overtime. Company vehicles are provided, along with high-quality equipment and supplies. You’ll receive paid on-the-job training and learn professional tile and grout services such as cleaning, sealing, regrouting, caulking, tile repair, and minor tile replacement. Advancement opportunities are available, including team leader or trainer roles, and employees receive discounts including free grout and tile cleaning.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and preferably construction or tile-related experience. Experience with grout or tile cleaning, sealing, regrouting, or installation is a plus but not required. You must be willing to learn and follow procedures, have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions, be able to walk for extended periods, and lift at least 50 pounds.

The Grout Medic specializes in restoring tile and grout surfaces to look clean, fresh, and like new. We provide professional tile and grout cleaning, regrouting, caulking, tile repair, sealing, and minor repairs using industry-leading equipment and proven methods. We are part of a nationwide franchise system made up of independent local business owners dedicated to exceptional service.
