Construction Lead Project Manager for Spec Homes in WPB

We are a small custom home builder focused mainly on luxury spec homes.

We typically complete 1-2 spec homes per year.

We work very quickly AND very precisely. However, quality is of the utmost importance. We take quality control very seriously. Attention to detail is required.

Must have ability to:

Read plans/blueprints

Call in inspections

Knowledge of building department workings

Schedule subs and vendors

Communicate quickly and efficiently via email and text

Forecast weeks in advance

Have attention to detail

Knowledge of shell construction / ground up builds, not just remodels

Candidate should have 3+ years PM experience and live within commutable distance to WPB.

Mon-Fri, some Saturdays are required

$100,000-$115,000 based on experience
