Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst (Specialist)

SUMMARYThis is an opportunity for a highly motivated and self-directed individual to develop their Continuous Improvement capabilities through the development and implementation of innovative solutions and facilitate CI tools and methodologies. To monitor progress and support as necessary to drive project implementation and sustainability.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Works with Site leadership, Site CI lead, Regional CI lead, local CI coordinator(s) and others where applicable to understand critical areas of opportunity. Supports reduction in TAT/DTM and other key metrics through innovative solutions. Supports and positively drives 5S improvements. Must be able to manage and interact effectively with diverse groups and personalities.Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Must have strong written and presentation skills.Coordinates mapping of value streams in order to develop improvement targets.Facilitates training, team meetings and kaizen events.Consults with suppliers and customers as needed to achieve goals.Motivates and mentors others in the continuous improvement culture.Inspires a culture of change and improvement.INDCCTC
