Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Contracts Administrator in Maitland, Florida. This role primarily operates within the disaster response industry, and is ideal for professionals who are looking to further develop their contract administration skills. The Contracts Administrator will be expected to manage various contracts, negotiate with customers, and consistently ensure contract compliance.Responsibilities: Draft, modify and review various contracts to ensure alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications Actively involve in contract negotiation and customer contact activities Conduct administrative/clerical duties related to business development proposals and/or contract negotiations Monitor contract compliance, including tracking reporting needs and deadlines Read, analyze, interpret, modify, and facilitate the execution of contract documents and technical documents Establish and maintain excellent customer relations, advising supervisors of contractual rights, obligations, and risks Manage and track contract communication with internal and external stakeholders Contribute to process improvement initiatives Handle multiple task orders and contracts with varied contract types Actively monitor and track upcoming contractual actions and deadlines. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Contracts Administrator Demonstrable skills in contract compliance and administration Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly legal and commercial contracts Experience with vendor agreements and content acquisition is a must Familiarity with compliance functions within a corporate setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines Proactive in identifying and resolving issues related to contract administration Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or related field is desirable Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract management software.
