Job Title: ControllerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced controller with a strong experience in accrual accounting to join our team. This position will focus on month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records. While tax preparation is managed by our CPA, the role requires proficiency in accrual-based accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should also have experience in processing payments to vendors and subcontractors. Responsibilities include performing month-end and year-end closing activities, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, processing payments, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, assisting in financial statement preparation, analyzing and reconciling balance sheet accounts, maintaining fixed asset records, collaborating with other departments, participating in external audits, and contributing to special projects and process improvements.Hard Skills
