The Cooler Lead will supervise and support the cooler admin crews and cooler employees as well as being responsible for the inventory management systems and integrity of data collection in the cooler.
You will help shape the future of agriculture by:Responsible for managing the inventory and shipping process of all products.Responsible for managing cooler employees during your shiftDaily Communication with all stake holders on shipping schedule and all paperwork.Responsible for execution of daily and weekly work schedule in the cooler for the shiftAccountable for pick-packing and quality control during the shiftManaging, monitoring and communication on performance.Responsible for monitoring, coaching, and encouraging employeesResponsible for enforcing systems, policies, and proceduresMaintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process.Communicates with operations and planning departmentCommunicate and work closely with logistics department on daily bases
